• Faculty Petty Cash Fund (researchers must meet specific criteria to be eligible)
• Faculty Incentive Program (rebates to colleges/units, departments, and principal investigators from indirect costs generated on their grants)
• Faculty Support (emergency/special-case funds)
• Institutional Projects Support (major initiatives with broad impact)
• Contract and grant equipment matching (specific policy in place)
• Non-grant equipment matching (case-by-case determination with college/department support)
• Start-up funds for faculty recruitment (determined by Provost and Vice President for Health Sciences)
• Bridge funding (emergency/special-case funds)
• Other special requests for funding (do not meet criteria of other programs above; determined on an individual basis with input of appropriate officials)
• Internal awards program budgetary coordination and support in conjunction with the Research Council
