Our office has a knowledgeable and experienced professional staff leading the university's technology transfer efforts through collaborations with businesses and facilitation of university start-up companies. In the last reported fiscal year, TTO had a record breaking 37 commercialization agreements, and almost $18 Million in licensing revenue. Our office also received over $400,000 in State University Research Commercialization Grant (SURCAG) awards to advance the efforts of its Florida based start-up companies. TTO endeavors to educate and promote innovation, the result of which is products, jobs and technologies utilized in the public interest.
